Nue Founding Network
Program terms and eligibility
Help shape Nue Marketplace. Complete the pilot to unlock Founding Buyer pricing, and refer qualified businesses to earn additional subscription credits. These plain-language terms explain what you are joining, what you need to do, and what you may earn.
Founding Network overview
The Nue Founding Network is an early-access pilot program. Participants help validate how Nue structures business requirements, compares options, and supports purchasing decisions. Nue is still being built, so the program is designed to be useful and low-commitment rather than contractual.
- Applying does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance.
- Pilot capacity may be limited, and Nue selects participants based on fit with the current pilot scope.
- No payment is required to participate in the current Founding Buyer pilot.
Founding Network categories
The Founding Network includes three participant categories. Benefits differ by category, and Founding Buyer pricing applies only where expressly stated.
- Founding Buyer — a business participating as a prospective Nue buyer or software user and providing structured pilot feedback.
- Founding Provider / Partner — a supplier, service provider, distributor, consultant, advisor, manufacturer, technology company, financing provider, or other organization participating in ecosystem validation.
- Founding Advocate — an individual or organization helping Nue introduce qualified businesses, partners, or ecosystem relationships.
Eligibility and pilot participation
- Participants must represent a legitimate business or organization and provide accurate information.
- Nue may verify eligibility and may decline or end participation at its discretion.
- Feedback may be positive or critical. Benefits are never conditioned on positive feedback.
- Participation may be withdrawn at any time at no cost.
Pilot completion requirements
To be considered complete, a Founding Buyer generally needs to finish both required activities.
- Participate in the assigned pilot scenario.
- Complete the required feedback survey.
- Nue verifies completion before any benefit is approved. Completion recorded in Nue's systems is the basis for eligibility.
Founding Buyer pricing benefit
Eligible Founding Buyers who successfully complete the required pilot activities will receive 40% off the eligible Nue core software subscription for the first 12 months following commercial activation.
- The benefit applies only to the eligible core Nue software subscription designated for the Founding Buyer Program.
- It does not apply to managed sourcing, transaction fees, referral fees, taxes, third-party costs, custom development, custom integrations, custom services, or other separately priced offerings.
- The benefit is not lifetime pricing. The discount applies for the first 12 months of an eligible commercial subscription.
- Nue may designate which commercial subscription plan or plans qualify for the Founding Buyer benefit.
Activating the Founding Buyer benefit
- To use the Founding Buyer pricing benefit, an eligible participant may be required to activate a qualifying paid Nue subscription within a launch window communicated by Nue in advance.
- Failure to activate within the stated window may result in expiration of the Founding Buyer pricing benefit.
- Commercial launch timing, qualifying subscription plans, and applicable activation deadlines will be communicated before activation is required.
No purchase obligation
- Participation in the Nue pilot does not require a participant to purchase a paid Nue subscription after commercial launch.
- Completing the pilot may establish eligibility for Founding Buyer benefits, but no paid subscription will begin automatically.
- Eligible participants will have an opportunity to review applicable pricing, product features, and commercial terms before choosing whether to activate a paid subscription.
Referral program
Participants can refer other qualified organizations to the Founding Network and earn complimentary subscription credits.
- One complimentary month per qualified completed referral.
- Referral rewards are capped at three complimentary months.
- No self-referrals.
- No purchased lists, scraped contacts, or fabricated identities.
- No fake, duplicate, or manufactured referrals.
- Referral rewards have no cash value and are nontransferable.
Qualified referrals and duplicate referrals
- A referral must represent a legitimate business or organization that is reasonably relevant to Nue's target market or ecosystem.
- Referral rewards are earned per qualifying organization, not per individual contact. If several people from the same company are referred, that company normally counts as one qualifying referral.
- If the same organization is referred by more than one participant, Nue may credit the first valid referral recorded in Nue's systems.
- A referral does not become eligible merely because a name or email address was submitted. Nue may require the referred organization to complete a defined qualifying action — such as submitting a valid Founding Network application, participating in an eligible pilot, completing a qualifying demo or discovery process, or another participation milestone designated by Nue.
Complimentary subscription credits
- Each earned complimentary month will be applied as a subscription credit toward an eligible Nue core software subscription.
- Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Referral credits may be used only in connection with an eligible active Nue software subscription.
- Credits are not transferable unless Nue expressly approves otherwise.
Combining Founding Buyer and referral benefits
- Eligible Founding Buyers may combine the Founding Buyer pricing benefit with up to three earned referral subscription credits, subject to these terms and the applicable commercial subscription terms.
- The 40% discount applies to the eligible core subscription; referral rewards are complimentary subscription credits.
- Neither benefit applies to excluded services, separately priced offerings, or third-party costs.
Pilot outputs and verification
- Nue is currently being developed and tested. Pilot outputs may rely on simulated, incomplete, third-party, user-provided, or AI-generated information.
- Recommendations, comparisons, supplier information, pricing indicators, compatibility assessments, procurement paths, availability information, and similar outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- Participants should independently verify material purchasing information before making a commercial, financial, technical, compliance, or procurement decision.
- Nothing provided through the pilot is legal, financial, tax, insurance, or certified procurement advice.
Suppliers, products, and procurement paths
- The appearance of a supplier, provider, product, service, financing option, contract, or procurement path in the Nue pilot does not constitute a warranty, certification, guarantee, or endorsement by Nue unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Nue does not guarantee supplier performance, product availability, pricing, savings, compatibility, implementation outcomes, or commercial results.
Commercial relationships and recommendation independence
- Nue may maintain commercial relationships with suppliers, service providers, distributors, referral partners, financing providers, technology partners, or other ecosystem participants.
- Such relationships do not automatically guarantee recommendation, ranking, inclusion, selection, or preferential treatment.
- Nue intends to evaluate available options based on relevant buyer requirements and decision criteria, which may include business fit, price, risk, supplier capability, compatibility, implementation requirements, support, availability, commercial terms, and other relevant factors.
- Preferred commercial terms, negotiated programs, supplier benefits, financing arrangements, or other procurement advantages (including anything described as “Nue Preferred”) will be available only where participating providers and Nue have established applicable arrangements.
Nue is designed to recommend what best fits the buyer — not simply whichever provider pays to participate.
Privacy and referred contacts
- Participants should refer only legitimate professional contacts whom they reasonably believe may be interested in Nue.
- Nue may contact referred organizations regarding the Founding Network, pilot, demo, or relevant business opportunity.
- Referred contacts will not automatically be enrolled in unrelated general marketing programs solely because they were referred.
- A referred contact may ask Nue to stop contacting them or request deletion of referral information associated with them, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
- Nue may use service providers that support hosting, CRM, communications, analytics, database infrastructure, security, email delivery, or other operational functions. These providers may process information on Nue's behalf subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.
- Nue may retain Founding Network, pilot, application, and referral information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and evaluate the program, maintain business and security records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the platform. Where applicable, participants may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, contractual, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
Program abuse
- Nue may deny, revoke, or cancel benefits associated with fraud, manipulation, duplicate submissions, false information, self-referrals, fabricated businesses, automated submissions, scraped contact lists, abuse of the referral program, or other conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the Founding Network.
- Disqualification decisions are recorded with a reason.
Program changes
- Nue may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue portions of the Founding Network, referral program, pilot structure, qualifying criteria, or future benefit structure as the product and commercial model develop.
- Nue will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting already-earned Founding Buyer or referral benefits before those changes take effect.
