Privacy notice
This notice describes how Nue Marketplace handles information submitted through the Founding Buyer Program application. It covers this pilot program only.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide in the application: your name, work email, company name, job title, company size, industry, state, a description of the purchase you are considering, estimated spend, timing, whether you have options under consideration, your stated concerns, and your responses about feedback participation.
How we use it
Applicant information is used only to operate and evaluate the Founding Buyer pilot: to review fit, contact selected participants, deliver the pilot experience, and improve the product. We do not sell applicant information.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in a secured database. Submitted applications are not publicly readable, and internal review information is limited to authenticated Nue personnel. Nue also uses service providers that support hosting, CRM, communications, analytics, database infrastructure, security, and email delivery. These providers may process information on Nue's behalf subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.
How long we keep it
Nue may retain Founding Network, pilot, application, and referral information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and evaluate the program, maintain business and security records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the platform. Where applicable, you may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, contractual, or legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your application information at any time by emailing partnerships@nuemarketplaceinc.com. Withdrawing from the pilot has no cost or obligation.
